Tampons or pads?

I feel like I’m the only one who fears tampons and doesn’t use them. I’m a loser, and I have 8 piercings and play 2 aggressive sports but I can’t put one in without screaming.

Im 13 just got mine almost a year ago and I haven’t tried using one and i play basketball and other school sports like,  Volleyball and soccer, ect.

I've only ever used pads and tampons scare me too!! it's okay not to want to use them, it's not for everyone.
