Success stories after threatened miscarriage?

So I am currently 5 weeks pregnant based on my last period. Today I started having heavy bright red bleeding and passed 3 decent sized blood clots. I was also having pretty painful cramping. I of course went to the ER where they did a pelvic exam, ultrasound and lab work. Since it’s bleeding in the first trimester they have said it’s a threatened miscarriage. However, cervix is closed, sac is securely attached to the uterus, and hcg level is at 2,294. They didn’t see anything in the sac yet, but said that it’s because I’m only 5 weeks. So I will be following up with my obgyn, but in the mean time I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this and went on to have a successful pregnancy? 🤞🏻
