While most of what is on that list is cock and bull, there are some things that fall under the category of just giving a shit about your partner, and paying attention to their needs at any set time, but I damn sure won’t be the only one doing it. A relationship is meant to be both parties taking care of each other emotionally, mentally and whatever else, you’re supposed to have each other’s back. If I had a man and he was looking out for my needs, I would look out for his too.

It's the expectation that was put on women to behave this way that's the problem. 
I'm a SAHM and he works really long hours and never complains. When he comes in in the evenings I try to do the majority of those things. He' very appreciative so it doesn't bother me. I like to help him unwind after work and he'll help me however he can too 🤗

I do some of this - he works hard all day and I stay home so I like taking care of him and making his meals.. He does not wear slippers and no kids but I like greeting him and feeding him and hearing about his day.. Guess I'm a 1950s housewife - fine with me.

This may not be an “actual” article but the expectations on women were/are certainly real. I mean, come on ladies? it’s not like SAHMs all over the world aren’t working a 7am-all day “job”, it’s just not called a job and you know what else, we moms/wives never get to leave the work, it’s always there...and our job descriptions seem to change daily with no warning but perfection expected.
I’m a SAHM but am blessed to have a husband who helps in every single aspect of our life, including dinner, laundry, parenting, overall cleaning and I’m not expected to look perfect after a long day of this crazy thing called life..
