What's going on?

On May 16 I noticed red spots on my underwear it happened for three days and then it stopped, when all of a sudden I assuming my period came down because the flow was regular with a cranberry color it lasted for 5 days and now last night I noticed more spots but when I pee I don't blood! I'm concerne is what the freak is going on? I've googled and it said it could be cancer or ectopic pregnancy but I don't know can someone help me
