(Completely wrong topic to post in, ik)

Can someone please give me some sort of advice on this rashy thing. It’s in between my vagina and thigh, and it stings so so bad. I had it last week, and it cleared up, but it’s back again, probably worse than ever. I don’t wanna waste money on a doctor if I can just find a cream or something that would help.
