Advice please

I’m just wondering if anybody can shed any light into what I’m experiencing, I’m very worried at the moment as I had diarrhoea two days ago witch seemed to clear up and everything was find but today I had the urge to go again and when I wiped I found there was actually nothing there apart from a lot of jelly/gel mucus? Sunday I had the glucose tolerance test (drink) I’m wondering if it could be from that as it did give me a upset stomach as to witch resulted in diarrhoea. I’m currently 17+3 weeks pregnant
