Tooth abscess

For the last week I have been suffering chronic pain with a tooth abscess.

I have been to my dentist twice in a week and he has refused to do anything with it apart from drill and fill it.

But now is it getting to a point where I cannot eat, talk or anything and I am 15 weeks pregnant.

If there anything I can do to make them remove it, give me antibiotics or both as I am in hell of a lot of pain and cannot stop crying and I haven’t slept in days due to this.
