today I am so lost .my heart is broken for my sister .she lost her husband of 21 years 6 months ago and today is valentines days and I feel so bad .I don't even know how to help her or her kids .she won't even answer her phone .I don't even know what to say or do .I just know she and the girls are hurting and it's breaking my heart .
