Chronic UTI’s - h e l p

Since my first really serious boyfriend at 17 (I’m 21 now) I’ve been getting horrible UTI’s and kidney infections at least once every 3 months or so, and I’ve had no luck in asking doctors or gyno’s for advice, so PLEASE someone help me with a remedy to help at least tame this issue. I pee after sex, I shower daily, I use hot water to clean - occasionally will use a ph balancing soap if it’s been a really long day, I drink tons of water, I use protection with new partners... I’ve heard probiotics can help but I’ve been hesitant to try since there seems to be so many to choose from. So at this rate I need specifics 😩 The antibiotics make me feel horrible and sick and I’m so over going through this all the time.
