So I have this oil you put on after a shower to make your skin soft and my man wanted to use it for anal. Is that even safe? Or what about using lotion instead of lube? Could I get an infection?

If you use lotion, use unscented lotion. I don't recommend it, but some people prefer lotion over lube for it. My husband has used lotion for just playing back there with his finger & it burned. I didn't get an infection, but I didn't like it.

Please try and use lube. There's so many different kinds I'm sure you can find one that suits you. I frequently visit sex shops with my hubby and buy toys/lives/lingerie and etc... A long time ago we used to use baby oil for anal or lotion.  The lotion gave me a yeast infection every time so we stopped using it and switched to baby oil witch burned like crap every time and was so messy btw. Lube is the best bet and safest bet.
