Cramping for 5 days after period
So I had my period which last 5 days but it was spotting mostly and light bleeding for 2 days I had no cramps whatsoever since my period has ended I have had cramps on and off for 5 days and still have them now could somebody tell me what this maybe please I took a pregnancy test which came back negative I have no stds
