Anyone take a pregnancy test at 7 weeks and the line is fainted than before?

For the past two days I have been experiencing no symptoms. I haven’t had an ultrasound yet, but I had my levels checked via blood and they were rising appropriately at 4 weeks and 5 weeks. Here I am around 7 weeks and I’m freaking out. Could this be the hook affect? Any ideas or encouragement is appreciated.
