Why can’t I be happy for others

I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m struggling to feel happy for other people who are findi out they are pregnant?? I’m so upset that I can’t even get pregnant without losing them. I feel angry with myself that I can’t just do it. If I didn’t have bad luck I wouldn’t have any luck at all 😭😭😭

It is very normal. I lost my first 2 babies and when someone else announced a pregnancy I would actually feel nauseous! We are getting ready to try for baby 2. And I still have thoughts of if one of my first two pregnancies had worked XYZ would be the case now. I would practice telling yourself that their baby doesn’t take away the possibility of your baby.

It's normal to feel that. I felt so guilty at church when I was starting at all the bellies and envy. I prayed and god changed my heart.
