Horrible hip pain!!!
Alright I’ve been having hip pain since about 30 weeks or so, I’m 34 weeks today and it’s gotten much worse to where I couldn’t even sleep last night! It’s only my right hip and it hurts to lift it or move it outwards, has anyone experienced this and knew what helped with it? I took a Tylenol but it doesn’t help much, any remedies that could help are seriously appreciated 😢😢😢😢
