*HELP* Feelings of guilt after sex?

I was in a relationship a few years ago where I was repeatedly sexually abused and then after my relationship I was raped by an acquaintance (last March). Ive never had feelings of guilt in sexual encounters since, however recently every time I’ve had sex with my boyfriend (he’s a great guy who I love and trust, we’ve been together 10 months) I feel extremely guilty and disgusting. I feel like I did after my rape, and I end up crying. I’ve also found myself crying during sex and making him stop, which I’ve never done before. Is it normal to feel this way? I don’t know what to do.
