Missed miscarriage advice

Found out yesterday at US where we should have been 11 weeks one day, that baby was gone. Only the sac remained and baby appeared to have died around 7 and a half weeks.

We had a US where we should have been 8 weeks and baby was only measuring 6 weeks so it only survived another week after that. We saw heartbeat and a little body but now nothing.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I’ve been told there’s three options:

Wait it out

Medical assistance (tablets)

Sugery

Has anyone had experience of each and can give me any advice?

This has been my first pregnancy so I really don’t know and feel the leaflet given to us when we found out doesn’t give the best advice.

Really struggling with the loss.
