birth control is acting weird

i’ve been on Aubra birth control for going on 4 months. i’ve had a steady period since i started. now, me & my mans were doing normal “valentine’s day activities” and i’m bleeding. 6 days before my period is even supposed to begin. im worried. i went under general anesthetic Monday afternoon for a dentist appointment. i was tested to see if i’m pregnant and it came out negative. so i’m 6 days earlier, not pregnant, and i take my birth control every single night between 9 and 9:15 pm. does anyone have advice. i’m freaking out.
