5 positive pregnancy tests later...Xanax related?

Backstory: last Friday I took 5 tests - different brands - some with the line indicators - some that actually show the word pregnant on the indicator... all weekend I was nervous and sick from being scared about possibly being pregnant (even tho me and husband would be content to be pregnant for a first time) then today I’m finally used to the idea & he finds online an article saying Xanax can cause false positives....

Slightly flipping out.

I have been having intense stomach pains off & on since the tests and he googled pregnancy info/stomach pain and found the article relating the medicine to False positives. I got to thinking when was the last time I took one & I know for a fact I took 1 smallest dose of it about 12 hours before I took the first 3 positive tests.

Appt setter lady at the obgyn insisted I can’t just come in for the dang test and have to wait 2 more wks until the 7 wk mark to have the first appt, blood test & ultrasound.

I have googled it and apparently the medicine can cause false positives but theresway more articles saying it can happen than actual posts from ppl confirming ithappened to them.

Any advice?
