Tattoo removal?

This has nothing to do with pregnancy lol.... but I have a tattoo I NEED to get removed. I freakin hate it and it’s on my shoulder/neck. Anyone ever get a tattoo taken off?! How bad does it hurt? Someone give me some advice so I can have the balls to get this cheetah print off my neck 😂😂

I've had one removed. it does hurt more than the tattoo in the first place, there's aftercare to do as well so it doesn't get infected. Mine was small on my shoulder & took 7 - 8 sessions to go completely. I'm lucky I'm pale because the process removes the pigment in your skin as well as the ink so if you're dark skinned you may see some lightening after effects. But even with all that I'd have more removed if I could afford it

I know someone who got a small tattoo removed. It took a few sessions and he said it hurt, a lot. He said he wished he just got covered up instead.

I've heard covering from a good artist is a way better method. removing is painful and can leave scarring. I had two of mine covered up  (because young stupid me had an ex's initials on me)

My cousin says it hurts more than tattooing, but he doesnt regret getting his removed. It took a lot of sessions and was very expensive, his was old english words across his forearm in black. But hes glad he removed it

Hurts way more than the actual tattoo... but if you want it removed its worth the pain! Had 8 treatments on my back and i would do it again.

Covering a tattoo is way cheaper then having it removed....here in Canada it’s like a min $250 per session and depending on the size of the tattoo & how much colour/black ink it has, the more sessions you will need to remove it....possibly costing you over $1000 or more.....I would suggest researching a tattoo artist in your area who does cover ups and have a sit down. Get a quote for both and then decide how you wish to proceed
