Periods

Okay ladies I have a question.  I am on day three of my cycle and this particular cycle is extremely heavy and nothing is helping with the bleeding. I have been using soft cups with panty liners since I was about 21 and they have been the most effective for the last 4 years, I also use tampons sometimes. As of right now soft cups are not working, tampons are not working, panty lines with them are not working, and I have even tried pads which I hate they are not working either. I just had oral surgery two weeks and two days ago, besides that I am very healthy. I am cramping really bad and bleeding all over my clothes and my sheets. I am afraid that when I go to work tonight I will have to go home from having an accident. Any advice!
