Hemorrhoid?? CONFUSION! HELP!!

So a few weeks ago I was getting my Brazilian (I'm close with the lady, known her for years) and this was my second time getting it done. First time everything was fine, but this time she told me I had a hemorrhoid while she was waxing near my literal asshole and told me I can get it clipped at the doctors. I got completely embarrassed because I'm 19 and I never heard of anyone my age getting them but I told her thank you for letting me know. After thinking about it, it did hurt when I wiped but I wasn't sure what it was. When I got home I sat spread eagle to get a good look (I'm pretty flexible so I saw every angle) and I didn't see anything but there was a pimple (I know it's gross sorry!) After a couple days the pimple went away and I've been keeping an eye out and I still don't know what she was talking about! I didn't see a hemorrhoid! Could it be possible she thought the pimple was a hemorrhoid?
