Small gender reveal idea?

If you didn’t do a big gender reveal party, did you do something small to reveal to close friends and family? 
I’m hopefully going to find out the gender on Tuesday and would like some ideas on how to tell the grandparents/aunts and uncles individually. Something small, easy, cute.. Pinterest seems to only have huge gender reveal party type things.

we are doing cupcakes filled with the gender color and making half topped blue and half topped pink. we are going to have everyone pick the color they think it is and then bite in to find out.

So my cousin did something small for her parents and his, she put colored confetti paper in plastic Easter eggs and gave them to them (a little early) so when they popped open the egg the gender was revealed.

I have 2 ideas right now. Since we have names picked out Im having my sister order a book thats personalized with the baby's name. Or we're going to build a bear and then picking out 2 outfits and letting someone at the store put it on. Later we'll all go to dinner and open either the book or bear!

I did a scavenger hunt with clues and then the final clue led to a box to be opened that had an outfit inside that said Little Brother.

I wrapped a penis whistle left from a bachelorette party for my mother in law. maybe not appropriate for grandparents though. she though it was funny at least
