Dehydration = late period?? (TMI)
I’m only super dehydrated when I first pee in the morning. My urine is like a red brown color and has a fowl smell but it always go back to normal throughout the day bc I make sure to drink more water. So maybe it’s effecting my period? Idk just thinking out loud. Any opinions?
