The ultrasound pic is the obvious give away to me, but I could see where people wouldn’t get it if they only saw the book because your older son is already a big brother, so they might just think he’s reading it to his younger brother. I don’t know 🤷‍♀️

If I didn't notice the ultrasound photos at first, my first thought would be Big brother is just reading a book to little brother.

We did a pic with our puppy next to a Packers onesie. The writing said "We're adding to our PACK. Baby _________ arriving just in time for Super Bowl LII." Apparently it was hard to decipher as well.  🙃
