Already feeling like a bad parent and I'm not even 2 months pregnant :( does anyone else feel this way?

I drank a ton a few weeks ago before I even knew... I now know that I'm not supposed to take hot baths (which I've been doing)...  I have no choice but to take tylenol for pain some days.. I feel like I'm failing :(

Tylenol is considered safe during pregnancy. Hot baths are okay as long as you don’t start sweating or your skin turns red. If you were drinking before you got a positive pregnancy test, you’re probably okay, tons of women drink before they know they’re pregnant - the embryo might not have even attached while you were drinking. Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t forget to be kind to yourself, we can be our own worse critics.

You’re definitely okay! Don’t be too hard on yourself. I have a friend who did know she was pregnant until 5.5 months and she partied hard (i.e. drinking and drugs). Her baby is perfect! As long as you are acting accordingly now that you know, all will be fine! We are only human 🖤✨
