Struggling to eat wfpb while pregnant
I need some advice guys. I've been vegan for about a year and a half and have never been able to go fully wfpb. Stress, fatigue, or just plan life, always gets in the way.
Now I'm newly pregnant and I'm exhausted. I have 2 young children to keep up with as well.
So how do you all maintain wfpb when you are just so exhausted you can't see straight? I'm craving salty carby stuff. crackers, potatoes, bread, and proceed vegan meats.
The times I was doing well, I was doing alot of food prep and cooking. Right now I can barely get the energy to make meals for my family.
