When to stop Lovenox during pregnancy

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant after 4 early mc & 1 second trimester loss. I am compound heterozygous MTHFR as well as some immune issues which I did intralipids for until 12 weeks pregnancy.

My RE/ OB now wants to take me off the Lovenox shots as wells as baby aspirin at 30 weeks- I’ve been taking both since embryo transfer. I tried to argue, but he insisted bc my blood work for clotting showed nothing.

Any insight? I’m freaking out going off all blood thinners all together. I can’t bear another loss.
