multipe tries

I need sime encouragement. i have had 5 rounds of clomid. 2 famara. 2 mixed cycles. 4 iui. a surgery to removed a dermoid cycst and a hysterscopy. originally nothing was wrong. husband has great count but last biopsy of uterus showed hormonal abnormalities, which i feel has been from all the hormones. still nothing. any advice?. i have taken pre natals for over 2 years, how long i been trying and everything else under the sun. pre seed. i do ovulation kits. nothing. i just don't know what else.
