Yummiest lactation smoothie

Ok so I cant take credit for it I found on Pinterest but it’s really yummy, totally works for me and keeps me full for awhile! It’s apparently equivalent to the power of half a batch of lactation cookies.

1 cup almond milk

1 TBSP peanut butter

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 TBSP ground flaxseed and brewers yeast

Cinnamon

Banana

Crushed ice

Also calls for agave or maple syrup but I dont add it due to calories. Could also add a drop or two of vanilla extract
