Pregnancy and constipation?

I am currently 5 weeks and a few days and I am so constipated!  is this normal??  Can I take anything?

YEP! I was there.  It was awful.  I got to the point where I was like, alright...  If I don't poop today, I'm going to the hospital.  I started making these smoothies that had a bunch of fruits and veggies in them, cleared everything right up for me.

This is my fav:
2 stalkes of celery
I small avocado
I Apple
4 frozen strawberries
1 small beet
The juice if a whole lemon
1 cup of water
4 ice cubes
1 tbs of coconut oil

Warning: it will turn your pee purple due to the beet.

Very normal take miralax that what most docs reccomend and its very easy on the tummy you can buy at any store Walmart pharmacy its over the counter I have IBS so I'm always constipated and it got a lot worse when I was preggo and that worked for me very great!! Also take fiber supplements too it will help! H&H!!!:) congrats!
