Finding a New OB in a new state

I'm moving from Michigan to cleveland/chattanooga/ athens Tennessee by March 1st. I haven't had prenatal care since December due to moving into my moms til I get down there. I've already called around and everyone said it will take longer to find an ob due to being farther along and it would be past 20 week mark when I Get Prenatal care.. So bummed haven't even had an ultra sound no blood work nothing Decemeber was to just to confirm it.. feeling bummed I haven't even seen my baby :(
