Vitex
Its been 8 months of TTC for my husband and I and boy has it been frustrating. I recently stumbled upon some videos and informal about a supplement called Vitex and the benefits it has for women with a short lutel phase (mine is considered low at 9 days). I just started taking Vitex and wanted to share my journey. If you have taken Vitex, tell me what your experiences were! Im hoping its the answer to my problems!
