abnormal peiord

with in Last 2 months I been having abnormal periods..last month I did not get a period til day 37 and that day I had band cramping with spotting/light bleeding (I'm a heavy bleeder most times) then 2 days of just spotting. today is expected period day, day 32 for me. today I have the worse cramps/pain in lower vaginal almost feels like something is trying to rip out of my vagina! one little spot, rest of what I'd coming out is dried crusty blood you normally see when you have a scab..had sex to try to help with cramps..now I have light pink on my pad (no signs of bleeding/clots)..any ideas on what these signs/symptoms could be? would like to hear what others have had this happened to them, is it a condition? implantation bleeding? miscarriage? disease? (hope not)..
