ttc between deployments

my husband is in the navy we got married a little over 6 months ago. I have had a lot of medical issues in the past , been told by many doctors it would "be hard to get pregnant". I feel like I'm letting my husband down. We have been trying , I was put on Clomid for 3 months now nothing. This year is really tough because he deploys so much and between deployments he is only home for 3-4 weeks. Every time I get on social media I see another one of my friends are pregnant. I'm starting to get discouraged. any thoughts how not to get discouraged?
