Anyone have this?

Ok so I've been feeling sick all day and it's a different kind of feeling then a normal "stomach ache" it's like i feel sick in the top of my stomach and I can feel it in my throat if that makes sense. I swear it feels like morning sickness but im expecting my period tomorrow, so just wondering what this could be? Anyone else feel sick before af? I don't normally but idk
