Thoughts plz

So i love my SO but he is very insecure. I’m 28 and he’s 23. I literally have eyes for only him but he doesn’t seem to get it🤷🏾‍♀️ My phone went dead for 20 mins(I was at a store getting his Valentine’s Day gift)and during that time frame he was trying to get a hold of me. When i got home and charged my phone he called me yelling and screaming, accusing me of being off with another man! Cursed me out and called me names 🤦🏾‍♀️Completely ruined Valentine’s Day for me! I love him but he’s pushed me a way. We have been together for a year and this has been going on for at least 6months. He says I am supposed to look over it because he was mad...He totally disrespected me by how he talked to me and I literally have gave up but he says he doesn’t want to end the relationship....what do i do?
