dark yellow discharge?

woke up this morning and had dark yellow discharge when i wiped. im not itchy and it doesnt smell at all. just wondering what this could be. I'm 7 weeks +4 and have never had this sort of discharge before. I know that if it's yellow with an odor or itchy, it's a sign of infection but I don't have any of that. it's just the color thats concerning me. anyone have this and it's not been a problem?
