Weird Periods?? Anyone else

So my periods normally last about 7 days and I had my first period after my daughter about 7 months ago. My last period was super long like almost 2 weeks with the last part of it being light.

Then my last period was about 7 days and then ended normally and I was happy and yesterday I started bleeding again 😭Ugh!!! And I have a pad on!

I increased my Zoloft from 50 to 100 a couple months ago and I have a dr app this week to talk to my dr... But I was wondering if anyone has had similar happen to them? I have a tendency to panic about things
