Red spotting after clitoral orgasm?

Anyone else ever experienced red spotting after having an orgasm from clitoral stimulation only, no penetration? I’m 16 weeks along. I masturbated last night and have been spotting red blood each time I wipe since and I’m freaking out :( I slept with a pad on and it was completely empty this morning but still spotting after I pee/wipe. No cramping, clots or pain and I can still find baby’s heartbeat with my home doppler no problem.

My OB is closed and I don’t want to rush to the ER and end up with a huge bill if all they can do is listen for the heartbeat anyway. I plan to call my Dr first thing Monday regardless but just hoping to find someone who’s had a similar experience in the meantime to help ease my anxiety. Thanks in advance.
