heartbreak stories or advice?

Could you give advice or stories about getting over a bad heartbreak? i was with my boyfriend for over two years, best friends for four and the other day he called me telling me how much he didn’t love me nor was he in love with me, how miserable he was even through the good times, & stayed with me bc he felt bad. I just need to know how other people get over things like this & I’m not the only one 😔

I witnessed my ex falling for his supposedly best friend from years back. it was so painful. eventually she ended up pregnant, which is what we had planned. but they completely turned into shit as a couple. he struggled,  she struggled,  they hated each other's guts. he kept trying to win me back and still to this day semi stalks me telling me how I was the best thing that has ever happened to him. it put me through so much hell for almost 5 months from being depressed, feeling depersonalize, feeling lost. it made me open my eyes even more about relationships and has made me kind of hard when it comes to love but... the one will come around eventually.
