UTI or something else??

for the past 3 weeks I have been getting random throbing pain in my clitrious. it happened twice I woke up in the middle of the night needing to pre so bad and I felt I couldn't relieve myself fully. it feels my whole inner vagina is throbbing. it is not continuous but when it does happen its always at night. went to gyno and got STD checked 3 weeks ago (was in the clear). My urine smells fishy like actual fish. And when I have sex it hurts now sometimes?? But when when I pee it doesnt hurt everytime I pee, only random times mostly at night.
