I don’t know what to do

So my husband wants to get a different job. And fine with it , but he is changing his mind 24/7. I don’t think he knows what he wants to do. All I know he wants to earn my money. And I’m not against it. However, he wanted to do so many things already but keep changing his mind or he finds out it’s not what it is in the end. Like he just passed his CDL and he wanted to do a job with some kind of company but he just found out that you could be moving every two weeks from one city to another or if a company needs you they will let you stay for longer. But that’s not what we wants because we have shit tons of bills we have to pay for and moving every two weeks for 2+ years is not an option. Anyway he got CDL and we have to pay 4K for it. But since he isn’t doing what he was hoping to he is looking into different job that we have to pay for again. And that job he says pays 70k a year. And to be able to get that job you have to spend a lot of money that we don’t have. And he’s bagging me to let him do it. I’m like no we have to pay 4K for your cdl that is no longer needed and you want to spend more money like f no . And on top of that we own 1k+ in taxes we have to pay. And yet he still wants to try to take a test that cost $400. We don’t have money for that I don’t think he gets it. The most stupid part is that he just found this new job that he wants to try it. Like I don’t trust anything on internet that you found like a day ago and cuz you wanted a coupon videos about means it’s legit.

Anyway help me guys I don’t know what to do? Should I let me do the test?
