So my ex boyfriend was very out going and got along with all my family. They loved him but he was an asshole. Me and my current boyfriend, and I been together for about six month. My mom and dad thought he was odd because he didn’t say much but it was because he wasn’t comfortable. However currently they love him, they literally claim his as their own. They might like him better than me. Anyways, fast forward, he meets my uncle and my cousin and they say they have a weird feeling about him, etc. Anyways, him and have had our issues, however. We worked them out. No one in my family knows about it. He was keeping something from me once, because it was personal and about past. However, he brought it up to me and it’s between us. What he told me was deep and no one in his family knew until I forced him to tell them. He is a wonderful man and treats me well. Should I concerned ? Have you guys ever been in a relationship your family didn’t really like ? Were they right ?
