My husband and I recently started working out, and lifting. 🏋🏼
We take preworkout; it helps us from cramping up.
The question is, since we are in the 2 week wait to take a pregnancy test.. should I stop lifting or taking preworkout or being I have been doing it everyday for a month it’s not a big change for my body. Help!!
I dont to “knock” down anything if it’s trying to implant! 😂😂 probably can’t happen but still a good thought. OR HARM our baby, if it’s positive! 🤞🏼
