Aroused by UTI...?

Hey y'all! So I'm in the midst of my first UTI and symptoms are going away nicely with antibiotics. The burning sensation is pretty much gone but now I have a really confusing symptom that's making me scratch my head... I orgasm every time I pee. At first it was like a weird aroused feeling after the burning stopped but now it's full on trying-not-to-gasp-in-public-restroom-stalls orgasms. Much better compared to the pain I was in before but it's not exactly comfortable either... I'm wondering if anyone else has ever experienced something like this? Any ideas why this could be happening?
