Can any body help?

I am feeling so frustrated! Been TTC for over a year-had a MC at 9 weeks last August. I gave up for a few months after, and have decided to try again this year. I know that i only started recording my bbt on day 11, and I assume I ovulated day 14, but for the last 3 days my bbt has not changed! Such a difficult frustrating process! Has anybody else experienced this or

can anyone give any advice/info?

O yeah your fine don’t worry!! My temps are very boring, I will have the same exact temp for 5 days straight then a slight bump. That just means your body is holding a more constant temp this cycle. Hoping this is your month! 😊🙏

This happened to me and I noticed that my thermometer was t working properly. When I tested it in the air, It just read the same temperature. Worth a try. 👍
