Am i gaining too fast?

I started at 139 now I’m 146 am i gaining too much? How much is normal to weight when ur going on three months pregnancy ?

It definitely depends. I was underweight with my first and put on almost 20lbs in the first 3 months, my dr didn’t even mention it. Talk to your OB/midwife but don’t stress about it too much

It all depends on your BMI. Your OB will guide how much you should gain throughout pregnancy.

Search weight gain pregnancy chart. You type in pre-pregnancy weight and your height and it will tell you where you should be. I always gain 5 pounds right off the bat then slow way down in the 2nd trimester.

Totally different for everyone! But your Dr or midwife will let you know if there’s a concern. I gained most of my weight in second trimester it was like “boom!” 20 lbs all at once, then I stayed that weight and only went up a few pounds in the last month of pregnancy (probably because I was not active and eating crap!). I think it’s “normal” to gain between 20-40 lbs through pregnancy and everyone is different.
