hi ladies i went for a scan due to pain on my right side was supected apendicitus but to my suprise im pregnant after 7 years of trying , im currently 14 weeks but still having periods been told this is common also been told i have a tilted womb was told not to worrie about this either but searching the internet is not helping so after some advice of mums who have had this x
