Pain?

Today I’m 9dpo trying for our second child for a while now. This month we did ovulation tests and both took pre conception prenatals. The last two nights I’ve woken up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom (which I know isn’t a symptom this early) but then I can’t fall back asleep and toss and turn with pelvic cramps on my right side?? Today I am continuing to have these cramps through out the day. Anybody had something similar happen? Did you get a positive test the following week?
