Late period???

So my period is 11 days late but I’m not pregnant... does anyone know what could cause it to be this late???

I wasn’t convinced it was stress until I finally got my period yesterday after being a week late. I had PMS symptoms and became very paranoid thinking I was pregnant (stress). I googled natural ways to terminate a possible pregnancy. Vitamin C is one. I think drinking orange juice and eating cuties made my period come. Vitamin C decreases your progesterone levels which causes the inner lining of the uterus to break down and start your period🙂. We are all different, but you should try it and see.
